Hi BlackBart. Welcome to the message boards. If you turn on the quest arrow in your options section and highlight that quest it will lead you right to it.
It is in Port Regal and sort of looks like highly decorated cave.

In Port Regal Skyway, Skull Island, inside a gigantic statue of a cat. Your quest finder arrow should be able to direct you. Just sail inside the mouth.

its actually an azotectasaur statue and there is a tempel inside its [amazing when you look around in an area!]
