I've been running into both, and lending a hand to those seeking help at Avery's Court. If you've been gone a long time, you might want to check the update notes to see what's been happening while you were away. One person I met had missed the big pet update and hadn't picked up his class specific crewman yet. As he was in Cool Ranch, he was delighted to recruit him and immediately have him leap up to that level. As for me, I was enjoying leaping around the spiral, where help was needed, assisting with some fun dungeons I hadn't been to in a while, and generally seeing the sights and answering questions.
