Where are dye vendors?

I wish to dye my existing gear but I can't find any dye vendors the wiki is talking about! Any examples as to where some may be?

Marie Coloure is in the shop opposite to the Bazaar on Skull Island. If you want to change the color of ship gear, Louis Coloure is on the Skull Island docks (he can also change your ship's name).

check out the clothing shop in Skull Island.

The dye vendor is in a shop across from the Skull Island bazaar. I have used it a lot in the past and the payment is in gold. The vendor stands next to a door that leads into a back room.
