I have a question. Why did Timmy say, "When I was little" in the puppet show if he clearly looks very young? And how old would he be?

"When I was little" is a relative term to ones current age. For 10yr olds, it probably means 0-6. For 30yr olds, it could mean up to 15.

Timmy is probably a preteen.
