Oingo Boingo is still normal?

Hey KI! Just one problem to report. My Oingo Boingo has been on my crew for a while now, and yes, he is promoted. However, in the Update Notes a month back, it said that his cosmetic look for his promotion would change, but mine still looks like he did in his basic tier. Did I misread the notes, or is this still a bug? Thanks!

Yeah, I noticed this too.

Ahoy!

The change made to Oingo Boingo's appearance was made to the first tier. So if you have a Water Mole Sumo version (tier 1), he should have stripes that go horizontally. If you have a Sumo Champion (tier 2), he should have the vertical stripes.
