Moo Manchu's Wand VS Bishop's Staff

Hi guys could someone tell me which staff is better

Moo Manchu Wand
Type: Staffy Weapon
Class: Any
Level: 45+
Weapon Damage: 101-169(damage boosted by Will)
Weapon Range: 6
Provides the Ability: Coward's Bane

Bishop's Staff
Type: Staffy Weapon
Class: Any
Level: 50+
Weapon Damage: 119-198(damage boosted by Will)
Weapon Range: 4
Please also consider that Bishop's Staff can also hit 9 squares

Reason for asking is I have both and wanted to know which is better to use for pvp

I would say Bishop's Staff because I find it a real good prize, but Moo Manchu's wand has Coward's Bane, a really good power at times. I'm torn to tell you the truth. Any other opinions?

I have both but I am not sure which is better for pvp, Moo Manchu has range but most people in pvp uses Zeena and Bishop staff can clear it without using powers or making your companions waste a turn. Their is also a lvl 60 staff but its a attack weapon that uses will to do damage.
