Question about a totem's stats

Under Lo Pan's drops on the Pirate101Central wiki, there are lots of Witchdoctor only No Auction items that give you +3 Will and +7 Magic Resist. But on the totem called Ocean Charm, it says +7 Will and +3 Magic Resist. Is this just a mix up of numbers on the wiki or is it really 7 Will and worth farming for?

I believe the wiki is wrong in this instance.
