Losing blue yum

For some odd reason I have randomly been losing my blue yum bottles on my lower lvl toons no reason just look down and poof gone didnt click them and even if I did it shouldnt use 2 bottles at the same time. Just makes it frustrating when I do need to use them.

yes i have noticed that everytime you level up the blue bottle empties.

This has happened to my swashbuckler twice, but not to the privateer with whom I run. Is it only affecting particular classes, or does KI just love my partner more than they love me?
