Monthly Newsletter release date time?

Is there any specific release date and time that the monthly newsletter goes up? Because I really like reading the newest ones and get really hyped when the month is about to end and that a new newsletter is around the corner.

Since the 1st was on a Saturday this month, it will be up Monday (or maybe Tuesday). Sorry for the delay!
