Hat: Nefarious Five hat of your class

Robe: Captain Blood's Coat

Boots: Nefarious Five boots of your class

Weapon: Not necessary, but the nefarious weapon of your class or just use normal weapon drops

Anything else: Anything that gives heals (preferably revive)

This is what I consider the best gear for high level soloing, so some of this might not be obtainable depending on where you are in the game.
