The constant stopping and going glitch

I have just came to ask about this glitch if it occurs some other places other than the tower because recently I have had this kind of problem elsewhere and it frustrates me whenever I start playing, is it my connection or just the game?

I haven't seen this particular glitch except when the game is lagging - usually when there a large number of pirates present and we are all trying to do something. If that is not the case, contact support using the Help Menu above (the Orange Question Mark) or e-mailing them at support@pirate101.com. It can take 24 - 48 hours for them to respond so be patient (possibly longer on holidays or weekends).
