Won't let me attack on ship

I recently just redownloaded Pirate101 after being absent from the game for a year. Nothing is loading on the skyway, twice have I ran into a sky dragon. When I had runned into the sky dragon it will not let me go into combat mode. I am still on the screen viewing mt ship waiting for them to take me onto combat mode. PLease tell me what I can do to fix the problem.

Check the System Requirements (found in the Help Menu above) to make sure your computer still meets them. The only other suggestion I have is for you to contact Support using the Help Menu above (the Orange Question Mark) or to e-mail them at support@pirate101.com. it can take 24 - 48 hours for them to respond (possibly a little longer on weekends or holidays).
