El Toro has gone missing

my El Toro has not appeared in a single battle, all through Miranda, and I'm starting to get worried. I really want to use him, but he'll only come for epic battles, when I tell him to. He has 20% chance of joining, and all of my companions but him have joined. I really want him joining the battle, so this is cruel.

Did you try and send him as your first mate?

well, I have mustang sally, and she comes in higher than el toro. Also it stopped, but thanks for trying.
