bundle bought and redeemed but not working

nearly two years ago i recieved the cutthroat bundle and redeemed it.I went into the game and didn't see the gift button and i never got it! what happened

I suggest you contact P101 directly with all the information that you have (when purchased, what card used, your User Account, anything else you can think that might help). Send an e-mail to support@pirate101.com and they should be able to help you.
