Prospector Zeke Quest

Hello, everyone!

Today, I was working on my Prospector Zeke quest. I checked my map, and I noticed an X and went to that location. At that location, I found a seagull, the one Zeke wanted. Is this a bug/mistake or did you purposefully make Zeke's quests easier by pointing out the locations on the map?

When I went back to complete Zeke's quest, I was unable to get back into the library. I found the one outside, but cannot get inside the library to get the second one. Anyone else having this problem?
