why can't i play?

i don't know why but every time i try to play on my buck it won't let me it just says '' your character is unable to enter the game . please quit and try again'' please help me!

Sounds like that character is stuck. You will need to contact Customer support with your user and character's name (but never your password) and they should be able to get that marooned pirate unstuck.
