Relentless 3, FS 2, Blade storm 2 is what I like to run. Give him max rough, tough, strength, accuracy, and one dodge.

I don't really use him too much, so I don't know about 2nd promotion and forward, but mainly relentless, first strike and blade storm are favorites around the chamber when using him.
