Its hard t' tell how fast a mount can travel since all mounts say normal, fast, or very fast. So here's what I think they stand for:

Very Fast Mount=about 40% faster than ye
Fast Mount= about 20% faster than ye
Normal Mount=0% faster than ye

Please correct me if I'm worng.
