Soo, I got the staff of power on my swashbuckler, and I was wondering, if I moved it to my witchdoctor, would it become a witch staff of power, or will it still be a swashbuckler staff of power?

Moo's Staff of Power is a non- tradable item. If you want one for your WD, then that character needs to enter the Tower and get themselves.
