Get a job at KingsIsle?

Hi all, so I've recently finished my first year of high school, and I'm thinking about a career involving virtual 3D animation and modeling. I know that companies likes Walt Disney and Pixar use this type of animation in their films, but I kinda fancy getting a job at KingsIsle. I know I'm years away, especially since Australian high schools start in year 7, but where would be the best place to start?

I have blender and I'm currently learning to use it, and I have a few questions for the moderators or anyone who happens to know something.
1. What program do you use to model, texture and animate your characters?
2. Do you have to live in America to get a job? Specifically for pirate101?
3. Whether or not you do need to live in the USA, what kind of standards do you have to meet? What majors? High school Diploma? (I know you need a Diploma, just for example.)
4. I know it's not really a question you should need to answer, but could you suggest any colleges? Favorably in Victoria or any ones in America?
5. How good do your grades have to be to get into a college that would help get you a job at KingsIsle? (Again, not really a question you need to answer, but it would be very helpful.)
6. Electives in high school you'd get experience from? At my high school we have Art, VCD, IT, Music, Drama, Food Tech, Japanese (compulsory), Textiles and Woodworks. I guessing VCD and IT but any further suggestion would be helpful.
7. Last one; Should you need to live in America, where in America would you need to live?

I know this is kinda farfetched for a topic, and that it probably wont get noticed, but if you have any advice it'd be greatly helped.
