What classes are the summer weapons good for?

With summer season right around the corner I need to know what classes are the summer weapons good for?
I have a max buccaneer so if the summer weapons are good for that class then I would greatly appreciate a good build that is using the weapons.

Summer weapon isn't ideal for any class. Spring and fall are the only good ones. Haywire weapon or hybrid is bet for buck.
