on my swashbuckler the word "Pirate" appears above me what does this mean?

It's a talent that proc's when you board an enemy ship, giving you increased attack power, I think.

This is correct. The Pirate talent gives you increased attack power when attacking on enemy ships.

not on enemie ships though i mean on battles in land doesnt happen on ship ._0
