Spell power criticals

I've heard if your stat is higher than one else's you're more likely to do a critical.

I think the same thing needs to be applied for spell power.

If it is already applied then there is something wrong because I hardly ever critical and I have bonus spooky talents.

the stats that boost critical rating are Will (Witchdoctor and 1/2 privateer) Strength (Buccaneer and 1/2 privateer) and Agility (Musketeer and Swachbuckler). Spooky has nothing to do with critical. hovering over the stat icons in your character menu should tell you all of this.
