What pirate101 lacks in dungeons is puzzles. I don not believe there are any in the game. A pirate is supposed to go past puzzles to find the treasure. Also, one thing that is wrong with many dungeons is that it is all battles. Over and over and over. Other than that, you interact with a few objects in dungeons while guided by your quest arrow. An example of a dungeon that is just repetitive battling is the dungeon in Aquila that leads you to the labyrinth entrance. That dungeon could be just puzzles even. A dungeon that is just puzzles could have the entrance sigil green. With more pirates, the puzzles become more challenging. Mazes, tracking, finding, avoiding traps, timed dungeons and more.
