Hey, I've made some powers and skills for each class along with some promotions. All helpful feedback is welcome, but bashing is not.
Sniper's Bastion Summon 4 stationary cannons. Range: Infinite Duration: Instant Requirements: Raise Barricade Note: They are summoned in either a straight line or diagonally like PMP. Each have 50% of the user’s health. Their damage range is 25% of the user’s, with a range of 4. Their Epics include: Covering Fire (1) and Overwatch (3). Since they’re considered traps/obstacles, they cannot be buffed, debuffed, or healed. Since they are a continuation of the Raise Barricade series, they also have the ability of blocking the opponents' line of sight, but not the line of sight of allied units.
Forewarning Rank 1 +20% dodge and +5% damage against incoming enemies. Rank 2: +25% dodge and +10% damage against incoming enemies. Rank 3: +30% dodge and +15% damage against incoming enemies. Requirements: Elusive Rank 3 Note: This talent activates when an opponent comes within 3 squares (Rank 3 it becomes user's range), and the buff will last for 2 rounds. It'll reactivate if another enemy unit comes into range.
Locked-On Shooty attacks deal 50% more damage and accuracy is doubled. Range: Entire Team Duration: 1 Round Requirements: Bounding Overwatch and Suppression Fire Note: This power grants a 50% bonus to only natural shooty attacks or powers that require a shooty weapon. Any unit using a shooty or shooty combo weapon will receive the bonus damage.
Molotov Fling X2 damage to selected target + fire traps Range: Infinite Duration: Instant Requirements: Powder Monkey’s Palisade and Suppression Fire Note: The power may leave 3-5 of these flames around the target. The flames deal 5% of the target’s health each hit and last 3 rounds.
Continuous Fire Rank 1 Double hit when you land an AoE attack or sneak attack. (15% chance and x1 a round) Rank 2: Double hit when you land an AoE attack or sneak attack. (20% chance and x3 a round) Rank 3: Double hit when you land an AoE attack or sneak attack. (25% chance and x3 a round) Requirements: Shooty weapon Note: This Epic will only activate when AoE attacks (Musketeer AoE powers may activate the power, hence it’s lower than average activation percentage) or sneak attacks are used. Along with this, sneak attacks double its activation chance. A double hit is basically two hits in one, meaning both hits can get critical hits. 1 double hit will only trigger one responding Epic. Example: An enemy with x2 True Grit will only activate 1 True Grit for the 2 hits. It will deal 2/3 of the user’s damage roll and can switch who is being targeted.
Crossfire Rank 1 Bonus sneak attack when flanking. (x1 per round) Rank 2: Bonus sneak attack when flanking. (x3 per round) Rank 3: Bonus sneak attack when flanking + slows enemy. (x3 per round) Requirements: Shooty weapon
