New Trainer ideas!

In wiz we got sun, moon, star, and shadow. I think it's time pirate gets some new stuff too! Here are my ideas

Converts
Convert 25% armor to magic armor for 5 rounds
Convert 25% accuracy to dodge for 5 rounds
Convert 100% agility to will for 3 turns
etc

Sacrifices
-15% health to self and increase target's armor by 1.5x for 3 rounds
-25% health to self, distribute health among team
-20% health to companion, swap to self
etc

Passives (passive abilities, kind of like giving companions talents)
+20 max health
+3 weapon power
+3 accuracy
etc

Auras (like in wizard101, they give debuffs too)
+15% outgoing damage, +8% incoming damage for 4 turns
+5% accuracy, +5% dodge, cannot be healed for 4 turns
+Small heal every round, -2 movement range for 4 turns
etc

Any suggestions? feedback? comments? criticism? Feel free to throw them at me.

I have mixed feelings about your ideas; on the plus side, you've obviously thought very hard about this and they're at least creative. I also support the idea of extra talents and powers when our pirates gain higher levels.
But some of these powers are too much like W101 celestial magic and the Passives are already covered by gear with those same stats.
You also don't say who or what can teach us these powers. In W101 their magic comes from ancient stele.

Something like this could definitely add some spice to gameplay and to the game overall. Similar to the "hidden" trainers in Devilfish Hollow, having trainers to give out new powers and whatnot would be cool.

Although I would hope something like this comes combined with some new quests for training points, similar to Celestia in Wizard101 which had I believe 3 or so quests that all gave training points, to presumably help players learn new spells from the astral schools.
