Missing Private Hansen Bug?

The quest that the Commandore gives to you for you to go to Fort McMurtry, well i got the quest, but when i go to collect the quest for to talk to Private Hansen, Private Hasen and his men are missing, the quest is still on my Quest Chapter, but Hansen and the others are gone. The quest is on my Swashbuckler lvl 37 Valdus Zabra., can you plz fix this issue.
