This is not meant for player pirates, but for companions.
When they do enough damage, the meter fills up.
This meter can be above the companions health bar.
But there is a catch!
When you get hit, the meter loses some points, which brings it a little bit back down.
I think this idea is good because, it brings more strategy involved as you have to try to get as many hits, without getting hit to much.
When the bar fills up, A power icon will appear on the side of the combat board.
It has a 50% chance it will hit.
And a 50% chance it won't.
If it does hit, It will do extreme damage.
And will perform a move thats special for each companion
But there is yet, another catch.
If you have two companions fighting, and one has the bar full and the other one has it half way.
Once you use the extreme hit, on the full bar companion.
It will erase all other bar points from all of your other companions.
I hope this is something worth adding, to make combat more complex!
Ahoy, Chloe! I like your idea, but it sounds a bit complicated. Im sure KI could make it work! This would be my personal preference, but Legendary hit sounds cooler to me, thats just me. On the topic of critical hits, I know this is old, but why in the spiral did they switch super and epic hits
