Critical cooldown

This idea may be a little to helpful when it comes to winning but, what if players/companions got a sort of cooldown button that worked as a free critical after completed a certain requirement in a battle? The differences could include adding more critical powers in empty slots or from "super" if patient, can turn into "epic." Maybe, the player/companion using the button could possibly get a disadvantage from using these cooldowns?
