Companions helping their captains in ships

Ahoy, there!

Being captains of our ships, we get to engage in broadside combat, but there's something I need to say about broadside combat & the ship tokens the ships take during broadside combat.

Captains do get to rid the ship of any damage tokens that appear on their ships, but who's there to help them, other than other pirates who are friends with them? Why, our recruited crewmates, of course. Our companions should help their captains in cleaning out the ship damage tokens while their captain is busy trying to sink enemy ships in broadside combat.

One example being the difficult battle against Scylla in the Passage in Aquila is that captains doing it with a high level ship had to rid the ship of tokens by themselves while trying to repair their ship & defeat the monster itself at once, but, currently, our companions aren't aiding them to clean out the tokens & defeating the monster & repairing the ship with their captains. That was a difficult challenge to go through on their own. Many succeeded while others haven't yet.

The point is, Captains that are doing both at once by themselves can wear them thin very quickly, & by the time they're done, their ships' health was brought down enough for enemies to board them, so it's got to be up to their crewmates to help their captains by being part of ridding the ships of damage tokens rather than their captains either going it alone or have their friends do it.

As they say in these kind of situations, it's all for one and one for all.

Plus, speaking of companions & broadside combat, our recruited companions should help their captains sinking enemy ships &/or other larger skyway threats with their captains by having their captains give out orders to their crewmates & have them attack the enemy ships, & healing their captains' ships with their captains, in addition to their ships' cannons attacking the enemy ships & their ship powers doing more damage to the enemy ships, healing the captains' ships, & ship accuracy improving. Our crewmates need to be more involved in broadside combat because letting their captains do all the ship battling by themselves can wear them down real quick.

My point is, we should have our companions help their captains in broadside combat & cleaning out the ship damage tokens so that they would take down enemy ships quicker, repair ships faster, & have more help cleaning out the ship damage tokens, all while reducing their chances of being boarded by enemy ships, should they damage the captains' ships' health to 50% or below.

Please, I ask of you this request, have our companions help their captains in their ships while they sail the Skyways! Have them more involved in broadside combat & ship token cleaning. Venturing into the Skyways, tending to their ships, & sinking enemy ships &/or other larger Skyway threats can be very difficult for captains to do on their own all at once, but, having more help by our crewmates will make it much more enjoyable.

Thanks for listening!

Well, our companions do help us in our adventures on land, but I would really like to have them help us in the skies, too. Sinking enemy ships in broadside combat & clearing out ship damage tokens can wear captains thin & leave their ships vulnerable to being boarded by enemy ships & engaged in deckside combat if the ship's health is yellow from taking enough damage by the time they're done ridding the ships of damage tokens & returned to the wheel.

Anybody else agrees to this suggestion? Who wants to have our companions help their captains sink enemy ships in broadside combat & clearing out ship damage tokens?

You know, back in the old days of pirates, real captains had their real crewmates helping them in the seas in their adventures through their encounters with numerous threats that inhabited the oceans while sailing through them in searches of riches & lands, that's to say, other pirates, E.G., even the captains themselves being thrown into the many oceanic battles, too. It's true. Don't you think that our companions would be helping their captains in the skies, too?

They're automatically fired as the ship enters broadside combat. Duh.

The point is, having our recruited companion units helping out in broadside combat & clearing the damage tokens could really take a load off our hands.

Besides, trying to clear out the tokens alone can take time, & by the time we're done, we're already open to being boarded by enemy ships.
