Bonnie Anne after the Armada

With the Armada down for the count, would it not be interesting to go to Albion? Between the rebels and Marleybone, poor Anne is going to be torn. She doesn't like what Marleybone is doing, and certainly hates the attitude of the Marleybonians to the Albionese. But the rebels are wrong.

Would it not be kinda cool to go in there and cool down both sides? Perhaps through getting the Albionese to fight a threat to both Albion and Marleybone in such a way that shows that Albion COULD have stuck it to Marleybone but good...but didn't.

Might put poor Bonnie's heart to rest.

And what *is* the relationship between Lucas Fox in Gullet and Bonnie? I always thought he was her father.

Lucas Fox is her uncle, I believe.

agreed! I'd love to go to Albion via MB and check up on how things have improved since we defeated Kane.. or not? with other armada forces still roaming the spiral might still be in war-like conditions..improvement might not happen until we seek and rid the spiral of all the armada pawns..also love the idea of more in-depth association with cooling of the radical foxes plus getting to see more of bonnie anne homeland and possibly meeting other characters.. ireland/scotland (wales?) has SUCH amazing lore and a rich culture to play with story-wise.. even something as silly as fairy ring circles or stonehenge or a taste of avalon influences.. ya I'd definately enjoy a tryst there..

Here's an interesting plot idea.

A group set on conquering the spiral (a revitalized Polaris, perhaps?) sees Marleybone as a strategic key to their goals, and the weak link in Marleybone is Albion. So, they begin an attack on Albion first. Their intent is to clear the Albion skyway completely and use it as a base for their attack on Marleybone. The rebels at first join with this force, thinking it is a way to free themselves of the oppression of Marleybone. Only to discover, as the Valencians discovered, that their ally is bent on their destruction, so they turn on them, at the same time foiling a plot to assassinate the Queen. That act gets Marleybone to recognize that they were saved by Albion, and when Albion asks for certain reforms in how they are governed, the Marleybonians are now willing to negotiate.

Why use violence as a take over when gold and arms to rebels within the country is sufficient? When the Radicals can chase out the Marleybonians and are then slowly absorbed by Polarisians ( by making deals and concessions for those arms and gold. )

Because that's not how you write plots. :)
