ok first off i saw the new rouge's gallery and i was thinking we already did a promotion involving getting her a new gun and one no TWO about her origin's but they mentioned a sea chest in it. so i was thinking what if that sea chest could involve her 4th promotion i dont really have much other thought's on the 4th promotion so please if you want tell me your idea on the quest(involving the sea chest) her apparence after the quest and stuff like that.
