Where are the troggie shamans ?

I encountred this bug on my character, can someone fix this quest ? I even fought one and didn't gave me credit, I think the Scurvy Island on Captain Dan's quest is glitched and is broken.

Time : about 2:50 to 3:02 .am pacific time
Bug : No Troggie Shamans showed for a long time, and failed to credited my character after a long search after defeating one. I'm not sure if this bug is repeatable.

not a bug. If you get into a battle with the troggies there, a troggy shaman MIGHT appear in battle. Why this is I have no idea.
