What Happened To Keel Haul'in

My character had Keel Haul'n on a lvl 62 companion. Then I trained several others up
to 62-63 and suddenly none of them can do Keel Haul'n. All the other companion
activities are still there and seem to function.
What happened Anyone else having trouble with this

When you have 10 training tomes, you no longer have the option to Keel Haul.

If your Pirate's level is over the level of that companion, they can no longer go Keel Haulin' -- they have to be equal to or higher than your pirate level.

Did you level up?
