When I try to use Google's Chrome browser to contact Support about a Bug Report, I get an error that it can't get my e-mail address even though I am signed in and I get ads and information from Pirate101 and KingsIsle. I am able to report bugs using Internet Explorer without problems. I prefer not use Internet Explorer. Please fix this.
Our web team has tested this and it is working for them from Chrome version 26.0.1410.43 m. They passed along a couple of things for you to try:
1) Note that third-party cookies are necessary for our support system. 2) Ensure you are using the latest version of Chrome. 3) There may be issues when loading a number of extensions or using command-line options. 4) Work with Support through the ticket you've already submitted to us. They may ask for more information such as a screenshot of what you are seeing.
