Stuck at Brother Owl Need Admin Skip!

I recently got back into pirate101 and I'm stuck at a quest that says to talk to brother owl in gold creek but hes not there. I have read other forum post and i need an admin to help me skip the quest. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

p.s: Yesterday 08/19/14 i sent in a customer support question my follow up # is #140819-000963
