Sailing into nowhere.

I was just playing around in my house, Moving some stuff. After that I looked at the Wizard101 website. As I did that I looked back on the Game. My friend messaged me to port, And I did. When I did, He was sailing in Mooshu.
He was in a strange place. There where no Islands, only the bright Sun and the purple clouds. He explained on what happened. He said that he was sailing into a place that where his quest commanded him to go, and than this happened. He said this wasn't his first time. I even have it happen to me before... Its very annoying while doing quest!
