Solar Rug and Tattered Rug.

First the Solar Rug: When I move an item forward to place on top, it goes vertically and refuses to place likes of there's an obstacle in the way.

The Tattered Rug connects to every other rug I place, no matter how far away, and moves them all at the same time.

These are the only two I've had a problem with so far.
