Rooke's chest of wonders

Remember when you added the second chance chest to rooke's dungeon? Well guess what? it isn't WORKING! turns out even when you defeated rooke his chest doesn't appear to just anyone. Only one of my friends could see it and use the second chance chest in the dungeon and this happens twice. Not fair! I worked really hard trying to get something of rooke and he (My lucky friend) gets rooke's axe from the chest!

Please fix this glitch and perhaps let me get what i deserve
