October patch notes missing

I was looking around and noticed that the patch notes for October 2013 appears to be missing from the archives. The notes that display the changes for the game's 1st Birth-O-Ween event, preparations for the Combat Battle Standards and plenty more. Could the missing notes be brought back in, please?
