I purchased a one-month membership and crowns yesterday. I was not logged into the game at the time. No membership or crowns has been credited to my account. Further, due to the lack of response of "customer service" I was forced to purchase yet another membership in-game in order to continue with the game.
Three emails to support and no replies, no action, nothing.
Can you please help? (I have played Wizard for over 4 years and have never had an issue like this)
