No Armor From My Bundles

Ahoy One-eyed Jack, About 1 year ago I bought the Cutthroat and Empire Bundle Pack, but never got the armor from the 2 bundle packs? Is there anyway I can get them?

No, I redeemed them long time ago, I think I remember it saying something like "A problem has occured with loading this item" and I never got it

Bonnie Anne, will I be able to log into my privateer while you are investigating? Because right now it says "Connection lost!" every time I try to log into my privateer.
