Missing sound effect in Bishop's Puppet Show

During the scene with Bishop, the device with the Isle of Doom's large carved Golden Wheel attached to it and the Clockwork Birds and their mysterious purpose to Bishop, he pressed the button that started the device, but there was no sound effect heard when he pressed it. Could you fix this minor missing sound effect problem in Bishop's War Report Puppet Show, please? Thanks!
