Marco Pollo's Tomb Glitch

When you go into Marco Pollo's tomb in Valencia, it says to defeat some guy. After and friend and I defeated him, we didn't win. I looked up to see if we had to defeat all enemies now but no objective was shown. That means it was a glitch.
