Just a thank you K I.I recently had an issue where I had bought a new membership and for some reason it was credited to my Wizard account instead. This was fixed.
The support team was courteous and kind. The issue was resolved quickly without stress. To me this is rare when dealing with any company about problems. So I want to thank you for the great service you give to the customers. Two big thumbs up to you.
