Hoodoo bundle failes to redeem

Hi I purchased a Hoodoo Bundle yesterday. We can see and spend the crowns okay, but the Hoodoo bundle shows as pending gifts.

When we go to redeem them we get "Failed to redeem Item" error for all the gift items! Please help.

Sorry to hear about the troubles. Please try logging out to character select and back into the game to try redeeming your items. If you continue to receive the "Failed to redeem item" message, contact support@pirate101.com and let them know the issue, and which character you'd like the items redeemed on.
