Gift Redemption failed issue

Well this is annoying, I have encountered this annoying glitch on my main character

this never happened before. I was in my deed, can anyone help resolve this technical issue, it also happened to my

character as well. I tired reloading and I still get this annoying message.

Hello and sorry for the troubles. There is a known issue with Gift Redemption in Pirate101; however, there is a work around that can help with redemption:

We should have a pool with which bug will survive the bug squishers the longest........Hydra Imperviousness, Pet Morphing Black Void, or Gift Box Gotcha.
