Twice now, I have done the entire dungeon of Cave of Lamos via the Team Up Ledger, and when I left the dungeon at the Ladder I got the "If you leave early you have to start over" warning. I didn't get credit for either team up. Another pirate who was in the dungeon with me said he didn't get credit either.

Kind of frustrating.
