buccaneers den hallway wall and floor

on the second floor of the buccaneer's den there in a small hallway where we can not change the floor or the wall and it is really bugging me. could this be fixed/changed please?

Same thing with the Volcano house. There is a long hall and stairway that must stay glaringly blank. It would be nice to spruce that up a bit, although I do realize that that will raise the amount of stuff I use and have me again banging away at the stuff cap. Still waiting on that next level increase for our decorating endeavors.
