Bank contents being rearranged?

Why is my Bank continually being re-arranged from the way I set it up? It seems to happen sporadically. Every few days, it seems I need to re-arrange my Bank to the way I like it. I notice this because,whenever I get a new piece of equipment, I put it into my Bank in the order that I like it.
